Reading Comprehension – Answers & Explanation Posted by on Jan 17, 2012 in Hindi Language

Hopefully, you had a great time with the last exercise. Today, I will show the mistakes and explain about them.

Below, you will find the original text with the mistakes in red color, the correct words in brackets () and reference number in squares []. Please have a look for the explanation below. Before explanation, I would suggest you to check the note given in the hint.

(Spastikaran – Explanation)

Hint : Verbs and declensions of feminine nouns usually end with “i” sound like  गयी (gayi),  हुई (hui) etc. Verbs and declensions of masculine nouns end with “अ” (a in all) sound as in का (ka), अपना (apna) etc. Verbs for the plural personal pronoun usually end with “ए” (e in karate) as in रहते (rehte), करते (karte), जाते (jate), अपने (apne) etc. Easy, isn’t?
