Let’s go for it!
1. Cuando
Cuando paso por aquí, siempre me acuerdo de mi padre. [When I walk by here, it always reminds me of my father.]
Cuando era niña, me encantaba oír los cuentos que mi abuela me contaba. [When I was a little girl, I used to love to listen to the tales my grandmmother used to tell.]
Cuando tengas tiempo, lee ese libro. Es bárbaro. [When you have time, read this book. It’s amazing.]
Avísenme cuando hayan terminado los ejercicios. [Let me know when you’ve finished the exercises.]
2. Conque
No estás totalmente recuperado, conque no hagas esfuerzo. [You’re not totally recovered, so don’t push yourself too hard.]
No tenía las llaves para entrar, conque tuve que esperarla en la calle. [I didn’t have the keys to go in, so I had to wait for her on the street.]
3. Luego
No estudiaste lo suficiente, luego no aprobarás. [You haven’t studied enough, therefore you won’t pass.]
No participó de la reunión, luego no está enterada de las novedades. [She didn’t participate in the meeting, therefore she isn’t up to speed.]
4. Así que
Tú eres la única persona que leyó el artículo, así que eres el único que lo puede comentar. [You’re the only one who has read the article, so you’re the only one who can comment on it.]
No lo encontré en la oficina, así que no pude hablarle. [I couldn’t reach him in the office, so I couldn’t talk to him.]
5. Como
Como me tomes el pelo, me enojo contigo. [If you pull my leg, I will be mad with you.]
Como te tomas el pelo, me enojo contigo. [As you’re pulling my leg, I’m mad at you.]
Como me extrañes mucho, te escribo a menudo. [If you miss me a lot, I’ll write often.]
Como me extrañas mucho, te escribo a menudo. [As you’re missing me a lot, I’m writing often.]
6. Siempre que
Siempre que me haces esos elogios, me siento muy contenta. [Whenever you compliment me, I feel very happy.]
Todo saldrá bien, siempre que sigas las orientaciones del médico. [Everything will be alright, as long as you follow the doctor’s orders.]
7. Si
Si vienes a verme, no te olvides de las fotos. [If you come to see me, don’t forget about the pictures.]
Si quieres respeto, respeta. [If you want respect, respect.]
Si puedo, me compro un auto nuevo. [If I can, I will buy a new car.]

I constantly follow your posts and enjoy them very much. I have a question though regarding this topic and I would appreciate it if you could clarify the issue: What do “o sea”, “o sea que” mean and when are they used?

Como me extrañas mucho, te escribo a menudo. [As you’re missing me a lot, I’m writing often.]
or
Como (te) extrañas mucho, te escribo a menudo. [As you’re missing me a lot, I’m writing often.]
