14 (More) Swedish Abbreviations You Need to Know Posted by Marcus Cederström on May 23, 2016 in Grammar, Vocabulary
A long time ago in a blog post far, far away, we wrote 14 Swedish Abbreviations You Need to Know. We had several comments with additional, and important, abbreviations that you need to know. With that in mind, we thought it was time to put together another list of fourteen abbreviations that will help you as you navigate your Swedish-learning experience.
Some of these will be easy. You’ll already have seen them, learned them, maybe even used them. Others will be a bit more obscure. Some of them you’ll see on official documents and others you’ll see online. But depending on why you’re learning Swedish and what you’re hoping to do with that Swedish, they should come in handy.
And of course, if you think of any others that aren’t covered in this post or the previous post, please let us know in the comments. The comments are a really great place to continue learning fromt he community of Swedish learners here at Transparent. Good luck!
