In this post, I present some exercises which you can use to revise your knowledge of the dual forms in Arabic. First, check out the tables below that revises the dual forms, and then try to answer the exercises below.

A- Complete the following sentences using the appropriate form of the verbs:

1. عمتي و خالتي ——— من نفس الكلية. (تخرج

2. ——— الزميلان إلى البيت في العاشرة مساء. (عاد

3. في الحقيقة هما لا ——— أن ——— إلى رأيي. (أراد – استمع

4. متى سـ   ——— لزيارتنا؟ (جاء + أنتما

5. الرئيسان السوري و اللبناني سـ ——— الزيارات قريباً. (تبادل

B- Put the underlined words in the dual form and make any other necessary changes:

1. الصديق الذي أتكلم معه في كل شئ هو صديق طفولتي.

2. هذا هو الكتاب الذي قرأته منذ أسبوع .

3. تعرفت على هذه الطالبة في الجامعة وتكلمت معها عن الدراسة وزرتها في بيتها وساعدتها في مذاكرتها.
