Anyone who’s ever been to Beijing knows that the air pollution there can get really, really bad. When you can’t see the apartment building next to yours out the window, it’s really hard to motivate yourself to go outside to get to work or do the shopping, let alone do something active. Thankfully, there are plenty of ways to stay active indoors in the Chinese capital.

Two great ways to beat the pollution and get active indoors are rock climbing (攀岩 – pān yán) and archery (射箭 – shè jiàn). Check out both in this short video:
