Poem in Hindi – Suprabhat Posted by Nitin Kumar on Oct 19, 2012 in Hindi Language
Like some interesting poems in Hindi which I had shared with you in previous post, today I have another lovely poem for you. I have translated the poem into English so you can also understand how to read a poem in Hindi.
Hope, you will try to comprehend the poem with the above given explanation. So, here it is.
कविता (Kavita – Poem) : सुप्रभात (Suprabhat – Good Morning)
(Prabhakar Shukla)
Eyes are meeting with eyes,
and see, the morning is arriving.
Mountains on mountains, the moon light is fading away,
that’s why the night is departing.
On the horizon, the dreams are still sleepy,
Even the eyes are opened, but they are still in the sleep.
From the windows, the first ray of east,
is coming like the waves.
Every flower buds is being washed with dew,
Much struggle is being done before the diligence.
On the tree branch, the birds are tweeting,
resembling but like dawn.
How the redness is growing,
It seems that somewhere a holy ritual being performed.
Sweet and free splendor, the wind is odoriferous (perfumed),
A new day, is how it is coming to be.
