The fifth declension is mostly composed of feminine nouns, and is characterized by the vowel -e in the stem.

Here is the noun effigy (ideal) in the singular:

N : effigiēs

G : effigiēī

D : effigiēī

Acc : effigiem

Abl : effigiē

In the plural:

N : effigiēs

G : effigiērum

D : effigiēbus

Acc : effigiēs

Abl : effigiēbus
