Happy New Year!!! Posted by Anna on Dec 31, 2009
We’ve managed to survive another year! Doesn’t it feel great? And what are your plany sylwestrowe (new year’s eve plans)? I’m simply going to stay home with my family – Ja bedę siedzieć w domu z rodziną. Na żadną imprezę nie idziemy. – We’re not going to any party. And while we’re on the subject…
Polish Expat Bloggers Posted by Anna on Dec 28, 2009

Odd and Funny Place Names in Poland Posted by Anna on Dec 15, 2009
One of the joys of traveling in a foreign country (or reading a map, if you can’t travel) is seeing all the strange, wonderful, funny and otherwise goofy names along your route. That applies to just about any country, as people living in F*@#$g (Austria) and Climax Springs (USA) can tell you. And Great Britain…
Polish Christmas Eve Celebrations – one more time Posted by Anna on Dec 12, 2009
Because I know that not everyone reads all the comments to all the posts, I took the liberty of “borrowing” two entries from the “Polish Christmas Eve Abroad” post and including them here, as I think they are great and everybody should see and read them. 🙂 The first one is from Kim in Boston…
