Si vais a pasar algún tiempo en España, posiblemente necesitaréis tener una cuenta en el banco para pagar facturas, tener una tarjeta de crédito, o incluso una hipoteca si queréis pasar el resto de vuestra vida en este país, o al menos tener una segunda vivienda. Así que hoy vamos a ver algún vocabulario y expresiones relacionadas con este campo, a través de algunos ejemplos muy sencillos:

  1. Necesito sacar 50 €.
  2. El cajero le atenderá en un minuto.
  3. ¿Cómo quiere el dinero?
  4. En billetes de 20.  ¿Y podría darme también algún billete pequeño, por favor?
  5. Tengo la cuenta en números rojos, necesito ingresar dinero.
  6. Me gustaría ingresar este dinero/ cheque en mi cuenta. ¿Cuánto tarda el cheque en estar disponible?
  7. Me gustaría abrir una cuenta personal/ para mi empresa.
  8. ¿Podría decirme mi saldo? ¿Y darme un extracto?
  9. ¿Cuál es el tipo de interés  para un crédito personal/ hipotecario?
  10. He perdido mi tarjeta de crédito.

Y ahora, lo que encontrarás en la pantalla de un cajero automático:

  1. Inserte su tarjeta
  2. Introduzca su código PIN
  3. Código PIN incorrecto
  4.  Aceptar
  5. Corregir
  6. Cancelar
  7. Sacar dinero
  8. Otras cantidades
  9. Espere por favor
  10. Saldo insuficiente
  11. Extracto
  12. ¿Desea un recibo?
  13. ¿Desea realizar otra operación?
  14. Retire su tarjeta

 

If you are going to spend some time in Spain you´ll probably need to have an account in a bank to pay bills, have a credit card, or even a mortgage if you want to spent the rest of your life in this country, or at least to have a second home. So today we are going to see some vocabulary and expressions related with this field through some basic examples:

  1. I need to withdraw 50 €.
  2. The teller/cashier will help you in a minute.
  3. How would you like the money?
  4. In twenties.  And could you give me some smaller notes, please?
  5. My account’s overdrawn; I need to pay in some money.
  6. I’d like to pay this money/cheque in. How long does it take for the cheque to clear?
  7. I’d like to open a personal /business account.
  8. Could you tell me my balance? And give me a statement?
  9. What’s the current interest rate for a personal loan/mortgage?
  10. I have lost my credit card.

And what you will find in a Cash machine screen:

  1. Insert your card
  2. Enter your PIN
  3. Incorrect PIN
  4. Enter
  5. Correct
  6. Cancel
  7. Withdraw cash
  8. Other amount.
  9. Please wait.
  10. Insufficient funds.
  11. Balance.
  12. Another service?
  13. Would you like a receipt?
  14. Remove card.
