Here are some useful words for describing someone physically in Spanish, divided into categories.

CARA – THE FACE
alargada – elongated
redonda – round
ovalada – oval
ancha – broad
delgada – thin
fina – fine
maquillada – made-up

OREJAS – THE EARS
de soplillo – lop ear

OJOS – THE EYES
almendrados – hazel
oscuros – dark
claros – fair
azules – blue
verdes – green
castaños – brown
grises – gray
rasgados – almond-shaped
negros – black
saltones – bulging, protruding
hundidos – deep-set, hollow
ojeras – dark circles under the eyes
pestañas largas – long eyelashes

LABIOS – THE LIPS
gruesos – thick
finos – thin
carnosos – meaty

NARIZ – THE NOSE

chata – snub
