In this post, I present a very easy and interesting way to cook chicken in the oven. I tried it this week for the first time, and I absolutely loved it!

I have changed the recipe slightly to suite my taste, as I did not like the idea of rose water in chicken, so I did without the rose water, and added the 7-spices to the sauce.

You can change any ingredient of the marinating sauce that you do not like and add any ingredient that you like instead!

I served this dish with mixed vegetables and white rice.
