Hong Kong is an autonomous territory and former British colony in the south of China. It’s also the perfect place to begin a trip, as Hong Kong is a major transportation hub. With a few days there, you can feast on dim sum, take a day trip to Lantau Island, walk on the Avenue of Stars, and much more.
