What’s the weather? Posted by on Jul 22, 2012 in English Vocabulary

What’s the weather like where you are today?  Here, where I am in Washington, DC the weather forecast is:

93 degree Fahrenheit
Partly Cloudy
Humidity 48%

In plain English one would say today’s weather is: hot and muggy.

Below I have presented some important weather related vocabulary so you can more accurately talk about the weather where you are.  If you would like to practice your English feel free to leave a comment on this post telling us all what the weather is like where you are today.  Enjoy!
