In Hindi, people can wish someone on his/her birthday in a variety of ways. Birthday is called जन्मदिन (जन्म means Birth and दिन means Day). Let me show you how to wish someone on his/her birthday in Hindi.

आपके जन्मदिन पर हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं। (Aapke janmdin par hardik shubhkamanein)
lit. English: Hearty wishes on your birthday.

आपके जन्मदिन पर बहुत-बहुत शुभकामनाएं। (Aapke janmdin par bahut-bahut shubhkamanein)
lit. English: Many many wishes on your birthday.

But you can also hear pronouns in the wishes which shows direction of exchange.

मेरी ओर से आपको जन्मदिन पर हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं। (Aapke janmdin par hardik shubhkamanein)
lit. English: Hearty wishes on your birthday from my side.

मेरी ओर से बहुत-बहुत शुभकामनाएं। (Aapke janmdin par bahut-bahut shubhkamanein)
lit. English: Many many wishes on your birthday from my side.

हमारी ओर से आपको जन्मदिन पर हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं। (Aapke janmdin par hardik shubhkamanein)
lit. English: Hearty wishes on your birthday from our side.

हमारी ओर से बहुत-बहुत शुभकामनाएं। (Aapke janmdin par bahut-bahut shubhkamanein)
lit. English: Many many wishes on your birthday from our side.

हम सभी की ओर से आपको जन्मदिन पर हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं। (hum sabhi ki aur se aapko janmdin par hardik shubhkamanein)
lit. English: Hearty wishes on your birthday from all of us.

हम सभी की ओर से बहुत-बहुत शुभकामनाएं। (Aapke janmdin par bahut-bahut shubhkamanein)
lit. English: Many many wishes on your birthday from all of us.

हम आपके लम्बे और मंगलमय जीवन की अभिलाषा करते हैं। (hum aapke lambe aev managalmay jeevan ki abhilasha karte hain.)
lit. English: We wish you a long and happy life.

मैं आपके लम्बे और मंगलमय जीवन की अभिलाषा करते हैं। (main aapke lambe aev managalmay jeevan ki abhilasha karte hain.)
lit. English: I wish you a long and happy life.
