Do you love North Indian food? I do! Here are some of my favorite dishes!

Aloo gobi (आलू गोभी) is a healthy dish of cauliflower, tumeric, garlic, ginger, cumin, onions, potatoes, and coriander.

 

Kheema (क़ीमा) is basically minced lamb or goat. The meat is mixed with butter, garlic, cloves, onions and cinnamon.

 

Palak paneer (पालक पनीर) is a mixture of spinach, paneer cheese, green chilies, salt, oil, and garlic in curry sauce.

 

Dal makhani (दाल माखनी) is a boiled lentil soup consisting of legumes, butter, cumin seeds, garlic, salt, and coriander.
