Personal Adjectives in Hindi – I Posted by on Nov 3, 2011 in Hindi Language

How can you describe a particular person in Hindi? What would be the most appropriate term to describe him or her?

Let me show you the personal adjectives in Hindi. Some of them are most often used in conversation while other could be seen in Hindi literature. Below you will find a part of most commonly used personal adjectives (others will be covered in the another posts).

I have made a table with Hindi (Devanagri Script), Romanized Hindi and English. Romanized Hindi is an alternative scheme to pronounce Hindi. If possible, I would suggest all readers to get familiar with the sounds of Hindi alphabets. It will not only help you understand the learning material but also improve your listening skills (learning through Hindi firms, songs etc).
