Phrases for your morning routine~.

 

So, kids are now back to school starting this week in our area. Finally I feel like summer is over. ๐Ÿ™‚ My boys were not too crazy about going back to school as they have been sleeping in until late morning all summer. Waking up on time to eat breakfast and make it to school was a challenge after relaxing too much during the last 2 and half month.

I don’t know about yours, but here is how our morning routine goes, all explained in Japanese below. ย Do you have any similarities?

 

1.ใŠใฏใ‚ˆใ†ใ”ใ–ใ„ใพใ™ใ€‚

Well, my boys don’t really say, “ใŠใฏใ‚ˆใ†ใ”ใ–ใ„ใพใ™(Ohayo gozaimasu)”. I am lucky if they tell me just “ใŠใฏใ‚ˆใ†(Ohayo)”.

 

2.้ก”ใ‚’ๆด—ใฃใฆใ€ๆญฏใ‚’็ฃจใใ€‚๏ผˆใ‹ใŠใ‚’ใ‚ใ‚‰ใฃใฆใ€ใฏใ‚’ใฟใŒใ-Kao wo aratte hao migaku๏ผ‰ใƒผWash your face and brush your teeth.

 

3.ๆœใ”้ฃฏใ‚’ใ„ใŸใ ใใพใ™ใ€‚๏ผˆใ‚ใ•ใ€€ใ”ใฏใ‚“ใ‚’ใ€€ใ„ใŸใ ใใพใ™ใ€‚-Asa gohan o itadakimasu๏ผ‰-Eat breakfast.

 

4. ใพใŸใ€€ๆญฏใ‚’ใ€€็ฃจใใ€€๏ผˆใพใŸใ€€ใฏใ‚’ใ€€ใฟใŒใ-mata ha o migaku๏ผ‰ใƒผBrush your teeth again!

 

5. ่ท็‰ฉใ‚’ใ€€ใพใจใ‚ใฆใ€€ๆบ–ๅ‚™ใ™ใ‚‹ใ€€๏ผˆใซใ‚‚ใคใ€€ใ‚’ใ€€ใพใจใ‚ใฆใ€€ใ˜ใ‚…ใ‚“ใณใ€€ใ™ใ‚‹-nimotsu o matomete jyunbi suru๏ผ‰ใƒผPack things up and get ready

7. ๆฐ—ใ‚’ไป˜ใ‘ใฆใ€ใ„ใฃใฆใ‚‰ใฃใ—ใ‚ƒใ„ใ€‚๏ผˆใใ‚’ใคใ‘ใฆใ€€ใ„ใฃใฆใ€€ใ‚‰ใฃใ—ใ‚ƒใ„-Kio tsukete itterasshai๏ผ‰-Be careful out there.

 

8. ย ๅพŒใงใญใ€‚๏ผˆใ‚ใจใงใญใ€‚-Ato dene)-See you later, see you soon.

Get ready -Shitaku suru(ๆ”ฏๅบฆใ€€ใ‚’ใ™ใ‚‹ใ€ใ—ใŸใใ€€ใ‚’ใ™ใ‚‹)

Wash face – Kao o arau (้ก”ใ‚’ใ€€ๆด—ใ†ใ€ใ€€ใ‹ใŠใ‚’ใ€€ใ‚ใ‚‰ใ†)

Take shower – Shower o abiru (ใ‚ทใƒฃใƒฏใƒผใ‚’ใ€€ๆตดใณใ‚‹ใ€ใ‚ทใƒฃใƒฏใƒผใ‚’ใ€€ใ‚ใณใ‚‹)

Dry hair – Kami o kawakasu (้ซชใ‚’ใ€€ไนพใ‹ใ™ใ€ใ‹ใฟใ‚’ใ€€ใ‹ใ‚ใ‹ใ™)

Get changed – Kiga eru (็€ๆ›ฟใˆใ‚‹ใ€ใ€€ใใŒใˆใ‚‹)

Get dressed – Fuku o kiru (ๆœใ‚’ใ€€็€ใ‚‹ใ€ใ€€ใตใใ‚’ใ€€ใใ‚‹)

Brush teeth – Ha o migaku (ๆญฏใ‚’ใ€€็ฃจใใ€ใฏใ‚’ใ€€ใฟใŒใ)

Pack up -Nimotsu o matomeru (่ท็‰ฉใ‚’ใ€€ใพใจใ‚ใ‚‹ใ€ใ€€ใซใ‚‚ใคใ‚’ใ€€ใพใจใ‚ใ‚‹)

Get in a car -Kuruma ni noru(่ปŠใซใ€€ไน—ใ‚‹ใ€ใใ‚‹ใพใซใ€€ใฎใ‚‹๏ผ‰
