Hey everyone. The World Cup is going on and Brazilians are just crazy about it, at least most of us. Check out this video I made about how my city (Montes Claros – Minas Gerais)  is turning green and yellow and also some reactions to Brazil’s first game.

    I am an Americana living in the Brasilian state of Goiás. This is my first World Cup here, and it is very different from the USA. Many cars have cloth covers that look like Brasilian flags on the hoods . When Brasil scored goals, I knew it before I saw it online because of the fireworks and cheers throughout the neighborhood. Brasil loves World Cup futebol! Americans may be more interested after today’s USA/Slovenia game, though.
