Portuguese communication group Posted by carol on May 23, 2018 in Brazilian News, Brazilian Profile, Culture
Hello, my dear leitores (readers) and Portuguese learners from all over the world! Como estão vocês? How are you doing?
Today’s post is a special one. It is a call-out to all of you who are interested in finding, keeping in touch and forming a community of fellow falantes de português (Portuguese speakers), students and learners so that everyone can practice their language skills and learn through a network of contacts from many different places. O que vocês acham? What do you think?
As you know, learning a língua estrangeira (foreign language) can be tricky, and it is not just about hitting the livros (books), attending aulas (classes) and taking provas (tests). It is also crucial to go that extra mile and try to make connections that can expand your educational environment.
As a result, lately our Portuguese blog has been getting some demands by our readers to create a group that can bring together individuals open to being communication partners and sharing Portuguese learning experiences. It is great to know that you guys are so enthusiastic about going beyond. But for that I will need your input and cooperation. If you are into this and think it could be a good and helpful idea, do not hesitate in sharing your thoughts, opinions and suggestions in the comment section below so that together we can work something out.
The plan is to use technology to our favor and work with social media, e-mail, messaging platforms and other to organize online group chatting, network, exchange links, news, tips, information and much more. Native Brazilians, beginners, experts and whoever else wants to join can use this opportunity to practice and develop their Portuguese skills, fazer amigos (make friends) and find out more about each others’ culture. Que tal? How does that sound?
Also, it would be great to ouvir de vocês (hear from you) and check what kind of conteúdo (content) you would like to see here on our blog. The aim here is to write about Brazilian culture and customs, Portuguese language and grammar through uncomplicated and accessible topics. Hearing your impressions and getting feedback on our blog production and the subjects we have been writing about can go a long way towards making better and significant posts for you.
So now it is time to express yourselves and speak your minds! Vamos crescer juntos! Let’s grow together!
