Many people are familiar with Carnival in Rio de Janeiro and Mardi Gras in New Orleans, but did you know that there’s also a huge party in Mexico? The coastal city of Mazatlan hosts one of the biggest Carnival celebrations in the world.
There’s a huge parade on the last night.
