Hey, everybody! How’s it going?
I’m not much of a cook, but I love watching those cooking shows and I came across this video of a Mexican show called Sazónarte (sazón = spice + arte = art). In this video they teach how to make Argentinean recipe empanadas – I won’t explain what it is, just watch it and trust me, it’s finger-lickin’ good!
Ingredientes
200g de elote desgranado
100g de queso manchego
1 pimiento rojo
sal y pimienta
1 kg de harina
120g de mantequilla fundida
400ml de agua
1 cda (cucharada) de sal
Procedimiento
1. Para el relleno, mezcla todos los ingredientes y sazona al gusto.
2. Para la masa, mezclar todos los ingredientes hasta formar una masa suave y elástica. Deja reposar por 30 minutos.
3. Estira la masa y corta discos del tamaño deseado.
4. Rellena los discos con el relleno. Hornea o fríe.
