Do you want to watch TV programs in Swedish but not sure what programs are good to start with? Well, here follows a list of programs divided into categories by genre. Some of the programs are only half in Swedish, like Top Model Sverige, which can be a good compromise. It might also be nice to find a TV program which you have in your own country as well, like Idol.
Hopefully you will find new shows you haven’t seen before and that that will get more interested in Sweden, Swedish and Swedish culture.

Some typos. In Swedish we write single words when it’s one phenomenon and hyphens when they are composed; Kändis-tv-program, Musik- och dansprogram, Faktaprogram, Humorprogram, Sjukhus- och djurprogram, Prat- och diskussionsprogram.

What do you consider the TELEVISION program The Walking Dead? I have been viewing it now for 3 years and I think it just keeps improving. If my favorite charcters have actually been eaten by zombies, I adore viewing the tv program every week simply to find out! Great website by the way, I have invested at least an hour reading through your articles.
