Chicken shawarma

Ingredients:

• 3 cups thin sliced chicken
• spicy chicken mix and garlic
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• Salt and black pepper
• small or large Arabic bread

Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients together and then leave in the fridge for an hour.
2. Place the chicken in the tray and covere with tin foil and then put in the oven until semi-cooked, and then remove the tin foil and the put into the oven again to dry the liquids.
3. Put the chicken in the bread with a little bit of garlic sauce and serve.

شاورما الدجاج

المقادير:

• 3 كوب شرائح دجاج رقيقة
• 1 خلطة الدجاج بالتوابل و الِثوم
• 2 ملعقة طعام خل
• 3/1 كوب عصير ليمون
• ملح و فلفل أسود
• خبز شامي صغير أو كبير

الطريقة:

1. تخلط جميع المكونات مع بعضها ثم تترك في الثلاجة لمدة ساعة.
2. يوضع الدجاج في صينية و يغطى بالقصدير ثم يدخل الفرن حتى يكون شبه ناضج، ثم يكشف القصدير و تدخل الفرن مرة أخرى لتجف السوائل.
3. يوضع الدجاج في الخبز مع قليل من صلصة الثوم و تقدم.
