حذرت منظمة أطباء بلا حدود من كارثة بسبب تفاقم الوضع الانساني في مخيميات اللاجئين الماليين الفارين من الصراع في بلادهم .
في مخيم ميبرا الواقع على الحدود الموريتانية اكثر من سبعين الف لاجئ يعيشون ظروفا صعبة جدا لافتقار المخيم للمياه النظيفة والمواد الغذائية الأساسية .
المخيم الذي تديره الأمم المتحدة بالتعاون مع السلطات الموريتانية كان قد استقبل أعدادا كبيرة من اللاجئين في نهاية الشهر الماضي .
يقول أحد الأطباء في المخيم:”كل من يصل إلى هذا المخيم هو بحاجة الى المساعدة وخاصة الطبية ، لكنه يجب العمل في اطار منظم اكثر لتتم مساعدة الجميع وبسرعة.”
يشار إلى أن اللاجئين الأطفال في مخيم مبيرا يعانون من مرض سوء التغذية، حيث نشرت دراسة أظهرت مؤخراً أن 17% من الأطفال مصابين بالمرض وتسعى الفرق الطبية التابعة للمنظمة للوقاية من سوء التغذية الحاد ومعالجة الحالات المصابة به
