اسم الفيلم العربي المرشح لجائزة الأوسكار 2015 هو “ذيب”.
1) The name of the Arabic film nominated for the Oscar 2015 is “Theeb”.
جائزة الأوسكار التى ينافس عليها هذا الفيلم هى جائزة أفضل فيلم أجنبي.
2) The Oscar Award this film is competing for is the Best Foreign Film Award.
سيتم إعلان اسم الفيلم الفائز في الثامن و العشرين من فبراير.

لغة الفيلم هى اللهجة البدوية الأردنية و التى تم ترجمتها للغة العربية الفصحى على الشاشة بسبب خصوصيتها و صعوبة فهمها.
6) The film is in the Bedouin Jordanian dialect that was translated into Fus’ha (MSA) on screen because of its privacy and difficulty to understand.
استغرق تصوير الفيلم ثلاثة أعوام حتى تم إنجازه.

حصل مخرج الفيلم ناجي أبو نوار على جائزة أفضل مخرج فى قسم (آفاق جديدة) فى مهرجان البندقية السينمائي الدولي 2014.
