Guten Tag, ihr Lieben! This is a follow-up to my post, How To Talk About New Year’s Resolutions In German, and focuses on something I am very passionate about – health and fitness. What has health and fitness got to do with New Year’s Resolutions, and learning German? These statistics from presseportal.de will explain!
According to this article, these were the top 3 New Year’s Resolutions made by Germans for 2015 (based on a study conducted by 1,000 Germans in December 2014 on deals.com):
- Mehr Sport 44% —- More exercise 44%
- Gesünder ernähren 39% —- Eat healthier 39%
- Abnehmen 32% —- Lose weight 32%
