Sometimes students cannot find material suitable for listening comprehension. In this post, there is a listening comprehension exercise for intermediate students. First, read the statements (1-15) and look for the words you don’t know in the dictionary, if you need to. Listen to the audio file at least twice and state whether the sentences are true, false or if the information is not given. Use Σ (σωστό / true), Λ (λάθος / Λ), ΔΞ (δεν ξέρω / not given).
1. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ισόγειο.
2. Έχει δύο δωμάτια.
3. Δεν έχει ασανσέρ.
4. Θερμαίνεται με φυσικό αέριο και τζάκι.
5. Έχει χώρο για πάρκινγκ.
6. Είναι φωτεινό.
7. Ένα από τα διαμερίσματα χρησιμοποιείται ως επαγγελματική στέγη.
8. Τα κοινόχρηστα είναι πολύ ακριβά.
9. Οι ένοικοι πρέπει να πάνε δύο τετράγωνα μακριά για να πληρώσουν τα κοινόχρηστα.
10. Το διαμέρισμα δεν έχει πλυντήριο.
12. Τα πλακάκια είναι πολύ όμορφα.
13. Τα πατώματα είναι από ξύλο.
14. Το διαμέρισμα έχει συναγερμό.
15. Η Σοφία έχει έναν σκύλο.
