Last Friday was the release date of the movie Murder on the Orient Express in UK cinemas. You can find a photo I took when I went to watch the movie on the first day of its release – the 3rd of November. This film adaptation التبنّي السينمائي   is based on مقتبس عن Murder on the Orient Express, a novel رواية by the great, British, detective fiction author (كاتبة الأدب الجنائي (البوليسي – Agatha Christie. This blog will help you learn about the history of the actual Orient Express where Christie got her inspiration from in Arabic.

Before learning about the orient express, I’m going to list some words which keep coming up and are used when talking about the release of any movie in cinema.

Now, let’s turn to the video clip we are going to use to learn more about the Orient Express. The report in the clip was made for Mahattaat محطات  (stations) show. After you listen to it, have a go at answering the questions below.
