Midwest Road Trip Video

Take a tour of the American Midwest.

See these four cities and a little sampling of what you can do in each in this short video:

“Our Midwest road trip begins in Milwaukee. They call it Brew City, so you might as well start out at a German-style beer garden. There are plenty of breweries in the city as well. Sign up for a tour at Lakefront and you’ll get to try several of their beers, which go great with a cup of chilli. You’ll also learn a lot from your fun and knowledgable guide.

Next up is Chicago, America’s 3rd largest city. Spend your time here checking out the city’s famous architecture, as well as its awesome public art. You can also visit Navy Pier, several museums, and the legendary Wrigley Field. Be sure to try a Chicago style hot dog and a deep dish pizza while you’re here.

Moving on, we head to Detroit – the Motor City. Downtown, you’ll see the Renaissance Center, the Spirit of Detroit, and the fist of Joe Louis. Go to Lafayette Coney Island to try a Detroit coney dog, then walk over to Comerica Park to catch the Tigers in action. For dinner and nightlife, you can visit Greektown. Be sure to try the saganaki – flaming cheese.

Finally, we go to Cleveland to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. This huge museum takes you through the history of rock and roll, with plenty of interesting memorabilia on display. You’ll learn about famous rockers like Michael Jackson, James Brown, the Rolling Stones, the Beatles, and Jimi Hendrix. My personal favorite is Phish’s flying hot dog. That ends an epic Midwest road trip.”
