While it’s true that China sure loves its meat, that doesn’t mean you can’t find some delicious vegetarian food there. If you’re not full on vegan and you’re willing to eat some eggs and things like goat cheese, you’ll find plenty of options in China. Check out some vegetarian Chinese food below.
