We’ve Gone Platinum (in the 2016 Modern Library Awards!) Posted by on Dec 14, 2015 in Company News, For Libraries

Aw shucks, guys. We learned that Transparent Language Online received a platinum award in LibraryWork’s second annual Modern Library Awards (MLAs). You’re making us blush!

The MLAs were established to recognize the top products in the library industry in a truly unbiased format. Submitted products were sent to the LibraryWorks database of more than 80,000 librarians at public, K-12, academic, and special libraries. Only customers with experience with these products in their organizations were permitted to judge the products. Each judge scored the product from 1-10 on a series of questions regarding functionality, value, customer service, and beyond.

Awards are then given on the following scores:

6.5 – 7.4 – Silver Award
7.5 – 8.4 – Gold Award
8.5 -10.0 – Platinum Award

Looks like we’ve gone platinum! We are humbled to receive such high markings for Transparent Language Online. We love working with public, academic, and special libraries throughout the US and UK. We listen carefully to our customers’ feedback and evolve our product accordingly. This award is the result of that relationship and hard work.

To our existing library friends, we owe you a heartfelt thank you. To future library friends, we look forward to meeting you and helping bring more than 100 languages to your community!

Transparent Language Online deserved it. I have not yet come across a more comprehensive and effective language teaching project and such a rich and diverse program. Congratulations!
